Amber H’armani Vaughn, Founder/CEO

Hello everyone, My name is Amber H'armani Vaughn, and I am a lifelong Jersey City, NJ resident. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I found myself in a deeply emotional space—facing challenges that affected me on every level: professionally, romantically, and physically.

Professionally

I struggled with intense anxiety that made it hard to concentrate and led to small mistakes in my work. Insomnia became a regular part of my nights, while exhaustion made my days feel unbearable. The workplace environment was draining—walking on eggshells around unpredictable temperaments, feeling undervalued, and turning to wine after work just to decompress became a norm I knew I had to break free from.

Romantically

In my relationship, I tolerated inconsistent communication and a lack of effort. I expressed my feelings and shared what I needed, but in return, I was met with empty promises and no real change. Despite that, I stayed—hoping that love alone would be enough to shift things over time.

Physically

I was constantly tired. Getting up for work felt like a battle, and my energy was low throughout the day. I stopped going to the gym and could feel the negative impact almost immediately. My eating habits became more about coping than nourishment—eating constantly, whether healthy or not.

One day, while out in New York City capturing photos for a work project, I had a breaking point. A wave of depression hit me out of nowhere, and I broke down in tears. That moment, in the middle of a busy city, forced me to stop and listen to myself. I called a family member and opened up about everything I had been feeling.

That call was the turning point.

I knew I needed to make a change—not just in my work or relationships, but in my life and my brand. I began exploring ways to manage my anxiety and stress, and that’s when I discovered meditation and chakra alignment. Curious and hopeful, I started to learn more about the energy centers of the body and how they relate to emotional well-being.

I began incorporating these practices into my daily life: Playing meditation music at work and before bed, wearing colors that corresponded with the seven chakras, and wearing chakra jewelry to stay grounded and protected

And slowly, I began to feel different. Emotionally lighter. Mentally clearer. Spiritually reconnected.

That transformation sparked something deeper. In November 2021, I decided to rebrand Amber’s Bracelets Store into something more aligned with the woman I was becoming—Healing with H’armani.
